Our clinic is by appointment only.
We specialize in refractive surgery such as LASIK. We do not accept appointments for patients who are not considering refractive surgery.
To make an appointment, please fill out and submit the application form below. Also, please read the following instructions before making an appointment.
Regarding Initial Examination Appointments
- After you submit your appointment request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please check the email address and submit your request again.
- We usually respond by the next business day. Our reply may sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. If you have not received a reply after a few days, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Please note that your appointment is not confirmed when you submit the request. Please wait for our confirmation from the clinic.
Important Information About the Initial Examination
- The examination takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- We will use pupil-dilating eye drops for your fundus examination. As your vision will remain blurred and sensitive to light for about 3 to 4 hours after the exam (this varies from person to person), please refrain from driving to the clinic. (We do not issue parking vouchers)
- In general, you do not need to stop wearing contact lenses before the initial examination. However, if possible, please wear your glasses when you come for the examination.
For more accurate measurements, we recommend stopping the use of hard contact lenses for at least 4 weeks and toric soft contact lenses for at least 1 week before the examination.
